Superb !!!!
Newport Beach on the Sand was a perfect location for our all girls getaway. We loved being near Balboa Pier which was within walking distance to the restaurant and nightspots as well as the small shops on the boulevard. Sitting out on the patio watching the sunset was a... great way to rejuvenate our senses. The home was very well maintained and just the perfect size for the four of us. We each had our own room and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back and would recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway destination.

Perfect place to get out and relax with the family! SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals is a beautiful place to rent out a home for the weekend! Very professional company to work with, they make sure your stay is perfect. It is also right next to the black allowing us to simply just be there and not have to drive anywhere while we stay.

Great location and facilities. Clean rooms and friendly service. The kids had a lot activities to engage in and we had a nice relaxed weekend. We will definitely be back again. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet weekend getaway with your family.
