Their website says they "buy, sell, trade, or repair" I went in asking how much for just a hd replacement for a laptop installed, and the guy mumbled what sound like 250 at me. Ridiculous. Then I asked them if they do in fact buy or trade laptops and the guy said no. I ...was out of there fast. Another time I needed some sata cables. I went in at 5:30pm. Stores hours say until 6. The guy said he was shutting down but said he would do it for cash. He said two short cables where $10 a piece. I said fine, but you can get them online for $2. The guy seemed annoyed by this, then refused to sell me the product. Perhaps I just got unlucky, but two bad experiences = 2rating.
