WHERE DID MITCH GO
Last April I went to Serenity to purchase my swimming pool goods and all I got was the deer in the headlights look. No knowledge No customer service No Mitch! I was told that he was not in today well at that point I had been going there for years Mitch never took time o...ff so I pressed on then was told that he left the company I did an about face and left and went to Dietz in Williamston.I never went back to Serenity but I did get some info from one of the suppliers from their website that he is now at a place in Wyoming MI called Spa Source of West MI so I gave him a call it was nice to talk to him again and rekindle a friendship someone who really listens and knows customers needs. I told him I would pass the word on you can call him @ 616-301-1800 at Spa Source He even U P S my supplies right to my door
