Jose convinced a favorite Cuban chef with a fine dining background to pack up and move to Chicago to help him carry out his vision. The corner building is now home to a large mural on the exterior and a fashionable dining room inside.

i been there maybe 10 times but on saturday 6/12/11 the waiter was very rude but it will not stop me of going back the kids say that SIBONEY is there best place to eat the place is very nice and the food is the best and the drinks too i will tell everybody to try it and you will be coming back and telling all your friend like i did
