Simpson Security
Horrible, horrible security agency. They do not honor their contract. Please do not purchase a security system from them. They are not honest people.
Be CAREFUL
It funny how when you sign up for this system someone is always to be available to help. It has been 6-8 weeks now and we have been by the physical location and contacted several times the owner and we still DO NOT have the security camera that was promised to be installed. Each time we have been contacted by John it is ALWAYS another excuse.
wondering
Just wondering how trustworthy this company really is. Some friends are having problems getting service in the Iva area.
BEWARE
Sorry for the word mispelled on last review. It should say the hardwire camera has yet to be installed.
BEWARE
Yes, John the owner seems to be a christian man. However the way he has conducted handling my security problems at my residence has been poor. The installer (Tech) came LATE and since the service has been installed we have had numerous calls from the monitoring compan...y saying a "silent alarm" is going off. For several weeks (6 weeks) or more John has said he would have someone come install a hadewired camera and it has yet to be done. With each time contacting the family he has put off getting anything done with the silent alarm or the camera.
Customer
Very poor customer service. No follow through. Hard to contact. Very shady company to deal with.
