The worst. I have waited 19 days...nothing.No order arrived, no communication, but I HAVE been billed. Sent several e-mails, no response. I am contacted the BBB.

At least online, they have horrendous customer service. I placed an order over a month ago, they dont return phone calls or email inquiries.

These people are TERRIBLE, they never answer the phone or return email inquiries. I have been waiting on a product for over a month/ I'm having the credit card company reverse the charges.

I have been trying to reach this company for 2 weeks to cancel a 5-week old backorder. No response to phone messages (no one answers) or email. My next step is to send certified snail mail and instruct my credit card company to refuse all charges should they suddenly decide to ship something.

Do NOT do business with SkateBuys. They have a terrible reputatio. I found this out rther late n the game. Customer Service sucks.... if you can ever get them to answer the phone. Here's the toll free 1-866-361-9306. The business number is 1-302-5003..... nobody ever answers either number.

Call your local attorney general and complain about these bums.
