Splash N Rack

I love Splash N Rack. Each time I go in there I feel like I'm visiting family. They take time to explain everything and are very helpful. They always return calls and go the extra mile to be helpful. I have never had any issues with service or customer service.

So there I was, anxiously awaiting for word on my recently purchased hot tub - they never called and they never called. I called them three times and got a new story every time I called - and finally the delivery was promised; 27 days after the date of purchase. On th...e date of the delivery, two guys show up with this relatively small hot tub, C351 model, 600 pounds empty. As they are moving it into the house and down the carpeted stair case, the guy at the bottom says, I can't hold it and gets out of the way as my brand new tub went effortlessly by itself down the stairs. Besides the scuff marks on the walls, I was sure that something on the tub broke but when I filled it with water and plugged it in - it was fine. My compliments to Coleman for the sturdiness of their tubs; but try to buy yours from someone else. Read More
