Very responsive, good crew, did a great job

First off, the guy was two hours late. Gerry Raman the Field Supervisor gave the repair guy the wrong phone number. The repair guy's GPS was not working so he got lost. According to Gerry I was to pay for 7 hours of labor even though the guy was finished in 3 1/2 and... I was willing to pay for 4 hours. On top of that, he charged me for sprinklers that were not used. The repair person had 8" long sprinklers instead of the 4", so I supplied the sprinklers. Gerry would not budge on cutting those from the original price. \r\nThe next day when I tried contacting Gerry because of one sprinkler not being set right, it was watering my deck and ramp that are wooden he hung up on me twice. Would not return my calls so I contacted the repair person and left him a voice message. He notified Gerry, who finally returned my call. His response, I was to pay for the time he was lost and that he was a worker who had to account for every minute of his time. Gerry kept on arguing for 15 minutes when all I wanted was 5 minutes of someone's time to adjust the sprinkler. Gerry said I was with the repair person every minute and signed off on the work. What a liar I was not with him the whole time. \r\nNo one has been by to correct the problem and I will never hire them again. This person is a crooked business man and should be removed for working with the public.
Fair, efficient, and neat
We called for repair of a leak in our back yard and sprinkler heads to be replaced in the front yard. Job order visit was made promptly to schedule for repairs. Work was done by a repairman who was courteous and who explained everything that he was doing, he appeared t...o be knowledgeable and did the jobs in an efficient, neat and seemingly timely fashion. Another leak was discovered in our front yard by this repairman, I will be waiting for a call for a fair estimate and another scheduled visit.

Danny came out and provided me with an estimate within 24 hours of my initial call. The technician was there right on time Monday morning (I'm sorry I forgot his name) and completed all the work quickly. He was very polite and thorough and worked with me to show me how to use the new controller. Overall great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Outstanding from start to finish
The estimator, Danny was very thorough and so enjoyable to work with. He explained everything needed and sent us Richard to get things done. And Boy did he!! Richard was so professional and pleasant. After repairing all the valves, we all walked around during the test o...f the system and he adjusted every sprinkler to our satisfaction. Then we discovered the leak!! He got right on it and fixed it. We would recommend Danny, Richard

I had just re landscaped my 2/3 of an acre in Mandeville Cyn. My old sprinklers were not doing the job. As I am leasing my house for a year it was essential that the sprinklers be working perfectly. I spoke to Victor. He came out and gave me (what seemed like a very... fair) an estimate. Victor sent Antonio. I can't say enough about Antonio....he's friendly, thorough, detail oriented. He stay late in order to complete the job. The final cost was more than the original estimate, but fair and reasonable given the extra things that came up.
