Fantastic Store. Why bother to go anywhere else
Sprong Childrens Shoes is unbelievable. They go out of their way to make sure their customer's are happy and pleased with their purchase. We have bought many shoes in there and they have bent over backwards taking care of us. The owners work side by side with their sale...s staff in both of their locations. It is rare to find such good team work involving both owners and their staff. If they dont have something in one location they are quick to call their other store to see about obtaining it. If your looking for Children's Shoes in the Atlanta area their is no reason to go anywhere else. Sprong is it.
Terrible Store
My wife and I are In the process of documenting the failure of the Sandy Springs store to offer a refund for 6 week old pair of $48 Basically Barefoot leather sandles where the leather uppers are separating form the shoes. I've had to bypass the store and am working wi...th the manufacturer. I plan to file with the BBB. I found the failure of the shoes second to the bad attitude of the owner in trying to get this resolved. I can be reached at markerichoffman@yahoo.com
Great Service and very understanding
Great Service! One of the girls Mary sat with us for over a hour helping us find shoes while the other girl Destiny(I think thats her name) play with my son. It took a stressful load off me. They keep him occupied and help me find exactly what I needed.
