I had high hopes for Staples, they had fixed my husbands laptop with no issues. So I brought in my laptop that needed a new hard-drive installed. I was told it would take a couple days. Meanwhile our desktop shut down on us, so we took it in. They only thing i used ...the desktop for were pictures. I was told it needed a system recovery. I brought in an external hard-drive to save my pictures. They ensured me it would be no problem. About a week and half later i finally got my laptop back; only to find out that the internet application had been improperly installed. I brought it back and they said they could fix it no problem. It took another couple weeks for my desktop. Upon pick up we were told all the pictures were on our external. Wrong, no attempt was made to save our pics and top it off our desktop was still broken. I have the internet on my laptopt, but my speakers will not work. I looked into it and found that the speakers where never properly installed.
