I will never go to this store again.
We normally buy our school supplies through the school but it didn't come on the first day this time (also through Staples). So we go to Staples to buy 3 page dividers that we needed for the next day. The line in the store was all the way to the back and around the c...orner. My son counted - there were 88 people in line ahead of us. I asked the customer service person since I only needed 3 things if I could just quickly pay there - no. I asked the copy person if I could just buy those 3 things there - no. If I was an executive from Staples and I walked into that store with all those people waiting on line - I would of fired the manager and the customer service people. The first priority for this store would be to use all available registers so that people do not have to wait in line for so long. The line at this store was unacceptable. Is there any reason why anyone needs to wait in line for over 45 minutes to buy 3 diving folders? No. I will never shop at this Staples again.
