About Steak 'n Shake
Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes.
For over 85 years, the company's name has been symbolic of its heritage. The word "steak" stood for steakb...urger. The term "shake" stood for hand-dipped milkshakes. Gus was determined to serve his customers the finest burgers and shakes in the business.
Today, Steak 'n Shake remains the "better burger" leader, serving premium 100% beef steakburgers, hand-dipped milkshakes, thin crispy fries, and more. Steakburgers are made without preservatives or artificial ingredients, topped with fresh produce, and always hand-crafted to order.

This place is sweet
I have to say something being that I've been going to this steak and shake for a while on and off since I can remember. The employees are great here no matter what time I have come in whether it was mornings on break from beauty school or late nights after heavy drinki...ng at a bar with friends lol. I also had another incident at another steak and shake in my hometown in Pickerington which I have now boycotted. I had come straight to this location after that incident and not only was I able to speak to a manager about this particular situation, I was also given information on submitting a complaint regardless of the fact that this manager's store had nothing to do with my mishap in Pickerington. Keep up the good work guys!
