Incredibly slow service from Dallas
My non-glare glasses have been on order from Dallas for w e e k s. This is not normal procedure for any other optical services company that I have ever dealt with. I understand Dallas had some kind of trouble with producing the non-glare lenses I needed and had to do... them over. Does it take weeks? In the meantime, I have not had any glasses; they have been waiting for the new lenses.
