Pleased with service
Very easy company to work with.. Seemed too good to be true. But they truly fulfilled a great service. Would rent theme park strollers from them again and again.
Would use again
The last few times the rental strollers i have gotten were not the nicest. Pretty bad to be exact. I wanted to get a stroller rentals i wasn't afraid to put my child in. Stroller Rentals Disney was very impressive. They had the best customer service of any company and t...hey assured me their rental strollers were the nicest in the park. They weren't joking. The stroller was perfect.
Magical Experience
Like everything in Disney, things just seem to go smoother here. This company is one of the best i have ever worked with. Everyone is friendly, everything is as described, and there are no hidden fees or costs. Maybe it is all the sun but they are just a perfect company. So glad we made reservations with them!
Rent Stroller Disney
Thank you for taking the time to go out of your way to ensure a stroller was delivered to me in the time slot i had. I had reservations that i couldn't miss and i knew many of these companies are not the most reliable when it comes to showing up on time. Stroller Rental...s Disney assured me they would be there on time and double triple checked with the delivery drivers to ensure on time delivery. The communication between the person answering the phone and me was outstanding. My rental stroller showed up right in my time window requested and the stroller rental was in perfect condition. I am soo happy with these guys!
5 star service
5 star service! I called Stroller Rentals Disney to rent a Disney stroller rental last minute and within 1 hour they were at my hotel with my rental stroller. I met the delivery driver in the lobby, he charged my credit card on the spot, I signed a few papers saying I w...ould return it and I was off on my way with a great stroller for the week. No more renting those terrible plastic theme park strollers! Pickup was just as easy. The same delivery guy showed up when we were checking out and I handed it off to him. Easy as that. I will be using Stroller Rentals Disney again on our next Disney vacation!
Great customer service
Great customer service and communication. All of my questions were answer by the guy on the phone. I was texted one hour before my stroller rental was to arrive at the front desk of our hotel, and the rental stroller was waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. Nice clean rental stroller. No complaints what so ever.
