Rude employee
Training for good customer service should be priotized. I've been a loyal Subway customer for this location (Etowah,TN) and a new employee helped this date. She was palin out rude when she asked me if I want my sandwich "toasted or heated". When i responded I don't want... it either she rudely remarked that it has to be one or the other with a matching smirk in her face. She needs a lot of training in customer service!!!!
