POOR Customer Service!
Tonight my family ate at Store #3101. I wanted tea with my dinner. I was only able to fill my cup about 1/3 of the way as the tea container was empty. A worker apologized and thanked me for letting him know. I sat down expecting more tea to be on the way. As I fini...shed eating, I asked if the tea was almost ready. I was told that they would not be making anymore. This completely surprised me as 1) nothing had been said 15 minutes earlier when I first mentioned the tea AND 2) it was only 6:00PM. (My receipt is both date and time stamped.) I told her that I would like my money back since I was not able to get anything to drink. She pointed to the coke fountain and said there were plenty of other things for me to choose from. I explained that I did not want a carbonated drink but had chosen tea. She shrugged her shoulders and said she would not give me my money back. I hope that it was worth 2 dollars to her to lose a customer as I will not be going back.
