Installation of Heat Pump
Installation of the new heat pump was done very professionally and efficiently. Shaun and the other tecnician were very knowledgeable and good. Would recommend Summit to other folks for their HVAC needs.
Outstanding--just what I wanted
Summit came in and did a heating system check up for the winter. They were on time, did the work professionally, and charged just as promised. Perfect!
Could not honestly recommend the whole company
I've had them before and there was a big difference between the two individuals that came. Sean would get a five but I can't recommend this company as a whole based off the experience before Sean. The first visit, he was a little pushy in the service he gave and I d...idn't appreciate that. He also didn't really explain anything to me. Two days ago, Sean, different guy, was very courteous, very professional which I really like and the best part is that he was informative. World of difference between the two people.
Summit Heating & AC is what good service is all about
I have used other heating companies in the past but today I experienced what good service is all about. Shaun performed preventative maintenance on my heat pump and he was knowledgeable and responsive. He provided technical information about my unit (I asked) and he an...swered all of my questions. He was courteous and polite with an earnest disposition and a sincere interest in his work. All work was accomplished with the highest degree of integrity. I would definitely recommend using Summit Heating and AC as I intend on using them next spring and requesting Shaun.
Overall good work at a good value.
We used Summit Heating & Air Conditioning because we had to replace an air conditioning unit on an outside unit and inside vental unit. It was nice to have the owner of the company come out. Shawn spent time to review and go over what needed to be done. He had the job done quick and for a fair price.
I think enough of them to use them a second time
Summit Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new heat pump system in my house. They did an excellent job. In fact, I called them back because I liked them and asked them to replace the generator. It's now on order and they'll be installing it tomorrow.
