WHAT A RABBLE called a salon
I took my soon to the Batavia Supercuts a week or so ago. It was on a Thursday morning and not that much of a wait to get them in a chair. Both get a pretty basic cut short on the sides, two fingers on top to spike. After an hour waiting for the stylist to finish my son..., the cut wasn't even blended. This girl took then took her big comb and the clippers and buzzed a shorter-length pit into my sons hair. like when you look at it, you can tell theres something wrong with the cut around the temple side area. We are not happy. The shift manager Kim was pretty much useless and not really caring of the low quality work preformed in their salon. I will never get why these stylists are so uptight to correct their work, let alone their cold and distant attitude towards their mediocre work. Those stylist need to stop licking lemons.

Absolutely love this salon! Best service at the best price! My husband, children and myself have been going here for years. The salon have never been anything like the last post says - the stylist are always professional and always try to do whats best for the clients f...rom what I have seen. My husband and son go to any stylist available and they have always left with a good haircut, from time to time they may get a new stylist but if anything is wrong one of the more experienced girls step in to adjust and make it a great cut! My daughter and I always ask for Audra or Kim and LOVE them both!! I change my haircut a lot and they always take the time to explain how doing this or that is going to change my look and how to style. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else love my girls!
Worst salon ever
I have never seine such a poorly managed and operated establishment in my life. I took my two kids here and all the stylists did was curse in the presence of my children and I and make fun of other people. Besides the professionalism, my daughter asked for a shoulder le...ngth bob and the stylist Kim, chopped it right off up to her chin! I couldn't believe it because my 13 year old daughter was very vocal about it. She wasn't happy and I'm not happy! I complained to the stylist who said there was nothing more she could do and said if I complained to her awful "walrus" manager she would be fired. How are these hair shacks ran? Out of fear and no guidance! I will be telling all of the other dance moms not to take their families there nor will I return!
