Stay Away - This outfit should stick to fixing toasters
Real crooks. Gave them a premium-priced TV so they could degauss the CRT's discolored screen. They said the CRT tube was "weak" but they could install a rebuilt tube for $185. When the set was returned, it had the same tube, same problems. Nothing had been done. They ac...ted as if I'd be too blind and stupid to see the difference. A neighbor said he sent them a defective LCD for warranty service; it was returned exactly as it existed before, and they claim they replaced the main board. Factory warranty service says they had no report of any work done. Crooks.
