Mr. Phillips is a LEED Accredited Professional and LEED for Homes Field Agent. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Florida Green Building Coalition. Mr. Phillips clients have included St Lucie County, Indian River County, City of Port St Lucie, St Lucie County School Board, St John's River Water Management District, FEMA Mapping and drainage retrofit projects for the City of Sebastian.
SED provides efficient, timely, and reliable engineering services that is cost effective to the client.
