If they are inhaled, they will stick to the inside of the lungs and potentially cause lung cancer.

Sub-slab Washington, District of Columbia radon mitigation methods may not be the proper application for high-rise District of Columbia buildings that demonstrate elevated radon in the upper levels of the Washington building. Typically, this is caused by emanation (radon seeping from the construction materials of the building) which requires completely different Washington DC radon mitigation techniques.

Amazing!

When we found out that the home we were buying had a radon level twice the limit, I thought we were going to have to look for a different home to buy. I spoke to Jamey at SWAT. He assured me that radon problems are very common and can be corrected in any home. We are now living in our new home, radon-free!
