Horrible, will take you security deposit
Horrible management company, we paid rent on time for 2.5 years, were late one month and charged over $100. When we moved out we were charged twice as much as we had been told in the walk-through which we were only given a 30 minute notice for. We left the house in e...xcellent condition and I can't imagine what else I could have cleaned. They frequently close before their posted hours, don't return phone calls, and are extremely disorganized.
TCT Property Services - Scamming, Fradulent Liars
This is the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. According to my lease, when I purchased a pet, I needed to put down a deposit. As soon as I did this, they started to strong-arm me to sign a lease addendum for extra 'pet rent', even though there was ...no indication of such in my lease agreement. Very unprofessional, nickel and dime property management company that borders on the illegal. Beware, as there is a major investigation against them by several State entities. Do not do business with this company. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them and would not even give them one star. This company is a joke.
TCT Property
I have been leasing through TCT Properties now for a year and am about to renew my lease. They have been great since we started leasing last summer. Our pool pump broke within the first 2 weeks and they had someone out immediately to fix it. The garage door came off ...the hinges on a Sunday and they had a repair man out their within 2 hours replacing the motor and getting us on our way. Most recently the porch overhang was rotting and I told them that the homeowner should know about it and it was fixed even though it didn't matter to us. I have had no issues with TCT and feel comfortable continuing to rent from them.
Great property management company
TCT Properties is great to work with. They responded to my inquiries quickly and gave me the right information. I would recommend them to anyone looking to lease a home in the Valley. Everyone there was so friendly I feel like they are my friends.

This company will Lie to you and cheat you out of your security deposit!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Baloney, Bogus fees will be deducted from your deposit and they will not return your calls!!

Yes...yes...yes!!! I totally agree with Matt in Queen Creek. There was ridiculous bull**** charges just to keep some of my deposit. I am thankful that I recieved some of the deposit but compared to what I put down, it was petty! They charged me for landscape as well, th...at did not need to be done. I replaced the drip pans on the stove just before I moved out with brand new ones and can you believe they still charged me for new ones? They also charged me to replace all the lights in the place, for a charge of $75 friggin" dollars. All of the light fixtures had light bulbs that work. Just lil' common sense stuff like this, that you make sure is taken care of upon vacating the premises, they get you for! And this is just to name a few!!!
