Cedric's the Best
My computer was struck by lighting a couple of weeks ago. When it comes to computers, I'm completed lost. I had seen TechPros for years since I live downtown Franklin. I left my computer with Cedric one morning and before the day was out, he called with a diagnosis w...hich was to no surprise. I needed a new computer but the good news was he's ability to restore all my data from my hard drive. He helped me decide on a new system and was able to transfer my old data successfully. He even went the extra step and helped me on the phone find another file I could not seem to locate. I was determined not to shop the Big Box stores and NEVER REGRET that decision. Techpros Is Very Professional and Competent!
My computer crashed and I tried to fix it by going into safe mode & removing all my installed applications for that day but it did not help. I called Techpros' On-Site Techs & spoke to one of their professional technicians and I'm very impressed because the technician w...as very knowledgeable & courteous. He took my laptop & brought it back the next day. My computer works fine now and I think better than before. Definitely Techpros is very professional, competent, thorough & reasonable. Tech pros recovered all of my data
During the floods my server for my business was completely submerged in water. I thought that my business doors would have to close not having a backup or anything. Techpros sorry I didn't write this review sooner, but THANK YOU! These guys were prompt, professional,... nice office, overall great experience in the worst of times. Thanks again guys! $300 to repair a loose A/C connection on Laptop
Took in a laptop where the A/C input cable had to be wiggled just right to connect. They charged a $70 fee to tell me it would be $300 to repair loose A/C input.
