Worst customer service I have ever received!
I'm not really sure where to start. I wish it were possible to give this place 0 stars! As far as my actual alterations go, it was completely average, if not below average. But quality was not the issue in my situation. Timeliness and customer service are my complai...nt with Becky from Becky's alteration. Long and short of it, I took a bridesmaid's dress to Becky to be altered. It was completed on time, but she closed her store for over a week without letting me or many other customers know. I was unable to get my dress on time! Also, she charged me for something I did not want done to my dress and refused to give me my money back. She finally decided to write me a check, but she "accidentally" wrote it out to herself. When I went back she refuse to give me another check. Till this day I have never encountered such a ridiculous and ignorant person, who has no right owning a business. Someone who has no clue about customer service does not deserve such a privilege.

BEST ALTERATIONS AROUND!!
OK so coming from someone who is 5'1 I have a very hard time finding clothes that fit! Becky is such a life saver to me! She takes my clothes in with in a moments notice and gets them done RIGHT the first time. Believe me I have spent plenty on alterations in my life ti...me and I will always recommend Becky over everyone else she is such a sweet heart who is very knowledgeable when it comes to fashion, sewing, and great service!! Go see Becky for any alterations you might need I PROMISE you wont be disappointed!!!

This lady knows all about sewing and selling wedding dresses let me tell you!! She is such a sweet lady with patience and humor! She knows how to calm any bride when they are stressed out and help them have the perfect wedding I love miss becky and her friendly staff!
