The Property Management Specialists

Just wanted to thank you for helping me with everything at my condo and helping me.

I am completely satisfied with Property Management Specialist. From the maintenance teams, to the communication, to tenant placement, down to in depth detail, it has been professionalism all the way.

The staff at Property Management Specialists has been just a great experience in every aspect of "renting." They are always cheerful, happy to serve you people, even on the phone. The process of getting papers signed and getting into a place was effortless and enjoyable.... The property that I am renting is very well maintained and is the perfect price. I am happy where I'm at and will be signing another year's lease with them. Read More

I am so glad that I found this company! I recently moved to Orlando and viewed over a dozen rental homes managed by at least 4-5 different companies. I was extremely underwhelmed by most of the properties and many of the companies were rude and unprofessional...except t...his one! I worked with a realtor and she is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and she went above and beyond by letting me view a property after hours because it was the only time my husband could see it with me. She also suggested places where I could find appliances and was in constant contact via email when I was out of state finishing the move. Since signing on to the lease, they have impressed me even more with how quick, efficient and helpful everything has been. We absolutely love the house that we are renting and are so happy to have had such an easy time with the move, largely due to the Property Management Specialists. Read More

I like that the team here really analyzes prospective tenants for my property. I’ve had no issues with the renter’s and that is owed to their selection process. I’m glad to see my home is being taken care of.
