The Roberts Report

I have been having the same issue with this company for some time now. I have requested that the number in their book be changed as my company only does payoff for my state, Alabama, however I am still getting calls from other states requesting payoff information as well. I have left several messages in regards to this problem. Either no one answers the phone, or the receptionist states she will give it to the correct department who will call me back. The other issue we have had recently is that we overpaid our account because we the we were sent 2 invoices. We paid them both. I called and asked about a refund and was told that I would be receiving the check within a few days. I have yet to receive that check. I have called at least 4 more times since June and now I find out that I will not be getting that check, but a credit for the following year. My company is not happy with this. We plan on canceling at the end of our subscription this year. We will NOT be renewing with a company such as this. Promising one thing and then doing another.

There are many reasons why you should not receive this report. The first and foremost is the President and CEO of the company is a liar. The wife has massive attitude when I speak with her via phone.They get their information by lying to the banks and credit unions.The receptionist sounds like she has no clue as to what she is supposed to be doing. She can't seem to get the words out of her mouth. I have called several times asking them to change the information within their book as it does not pertain to me. I keep getting the same result. Either no one answers the phone or they will leave a message for that department who will get back to me. I have been told for 2 years now that they will take out my number and yet I am still getting calls in regards to payoff information. This company is apparently family operated. A family made up of liars is never a good thing. I rate this as the most horrible service I have ever received. I strongly advise everyone to stop paying the price for their books as all it is doing is encouraging their behavior and making their lifestyle more comfortable for them to continue on lying to people.
