"When life’s wear and tear
Weighs you down
And pain and neglect
Makes you blue
The way to recapture
The spring in your step
Is an hour on
Heather’s table
All your stress just glides
From body and soul
Until next time
Life weighs you down"
- Astrid Zabriskie
