It is 8 months since I ordered my shoes...no refund..no shoes...cannot get a response now.
I ordered shoes from Swanx and paid for them in 7/13. It is now 8 months later and I have no shoes, no refund and the company is ignoring me at this point. I have sent 17 emails requesting a refund or my shoes. No response at all. I have contacted their BBB and Consume...r Complaint Dept in their state. It seems they had a good business and took lots of orders and now?????? No answer, no resolution. I have just been taken for almost $130....an expensive lesson learned. All I can do now is warn others NOT to order so they can avoid such an experience. I requested they just respond to me...nothing.
BUYER BEWARE...
Something has gone awry with this business. From all that I have discovered, it used to be thriving. Now, hundreds of customers are complaining about poor customer service and long-term delays with receiving orders. I wish I would have discovered these reviews prior to placing my order. Today, it has been 3 months and I have still not received my shoes
