********INFORMATION FOR NEW PARENTS*********

WHAT YOU NEED TO PACK:

1. Diapers and wipes. If your child is still in diapers you can either bring a diaper bag and wipes every day or leave a supply (labeled with your child's name) to be stored at the school.

2. Extra clothing. For children who are not in diapers, a change of clothes (in a shoebox) which will be placed in their cubby. Please also remember to pack spare clothes that are appropriate for the season and monitor your child's shoebox accordingly. Also, the children do play outside and are proned to getting "dirty"... so we ask that you send them to school in "play clothes". :)

3. Lunch. Parents provide lunch. We have refrigerators and microwaves to store and warm up lunches. We ask that all containers be clearly labeled with your child's name. Any food that hasn't been eaten will be sent home so parents may monitor their child's eating habits.

4. Naptime. Children attending our school full time must sleep/rest for at least one hour per day. We will provide your child with a sleeping mat, which is cleaned and sanitized once a week. Parents provide a crib sized sheet and blanket, which will be sent home every Friday for cleaning.

5. Snacks. Together Learning Center provides 2 snacks per day (morning and afternoon)which consist of: 100% pure apple juice, gram crackers, animal crackers or pretzels sticks. Of course, you are welcome to pack whatever snack your child would prefer in their lunchbox.

6. School Closings. Together Learning Center is open year round, although we are closed throughout the year for major and federal holidays.

7. Tuition. Tutition is due at the first of every month. You may pay using a personal check, visa, mastercard, discover, american express, debit card or cash. We also accept NJ vouchers. We kindly ask that tuition be paid as promptly as possible. If you cannot make monthly payments, we will work with you on a payment plan, either weekly or bi-weekly. ***NOTE: AN EXTRA WEEK OF TUITION IS DUE FOR MONTHS WHICH HAVE 5 WEEKS.


8. Staff. We have NJ Certified Teachers on staff as well as qualified, trained Group Teachers and Teacher's Aides who have been employed at our school for many years. We are regulated by the State of NJ and Bergen County Health Department and have our current licenses.
