get here early...
If you're not into the bar scene, get here early or you may want your to get your Thai food elsewhere. Servers and bartender are nice, food is not bad but really it's there to keep the liquor license. If your in your 20's to early 30's, want some decent food that's not a burger, want to party and don't mind lots of smoke, Toi is your place.
Toi
While Toi is a nice place to look at and enjoy an after work drink it is most certainly not very "Thai" and probably should not even be considered a Thai restaurant.
Best Thai food I've had in Seattle
I went in last night for Phad Kee Mao. It was easily the best Thai food I've had since I moved here from Maui in 1998. (Apologies to Jai Thai and the other Thai restaurants that I frequent.)
The atmosphere is great for a romantic evening out. The service was exemplary.
Treat your tastebuds to Toi, I know I'll be returning very soon.
a very happy hour
Great place to go after work. Cheap food and drink for happy hour and good looking girls. This is all a guy really needs isn't it?
oh boi
delish. funky scene. much more affordable than one would think looking at it.
coming in to its own
i went to toi last week with a goup of about 8 of us. the food was great, much better than i remember. the service was fine, especially considering the place was packed. i don't know where else you can go in seattle where you can eat dinner and stick around for great... music afterwards. i love the bar upstairs and the ambiance is the best i've seen in the city. it is crowded on the weekends, if you want a quiet dinner go during the week.
