best ever
Best dealer i have ever delt with. price was fantastic, way less than i was quoted by my long time garage. I was very surprised since i had used them for years and they are a " import" specialist. Glad to find this dealer! 5 stars are not enough!

I own a 99 Rav4. During an oil change service detected a leaky valve cover. I had it repaired, but six weeks later an oil leak was found by an independent service station who was cleaning my front brakes. Several months later my "low oil" light came on. I returned to... Toyota of Greenfield and they replaced the valve cover gasket again as well as grommet seals. Two weeks later the "low oil" light again showed. I notified Toyota, and they estimated $850.00 for additional work to correct the problem. The same parts were involved as in the former repairs. At that point I had had it with the new ownership of Toyota and had an independent garage to the same work as Toyota had with no further leaks detected. The independent shop repairman showed me the parts that were supposedly replaced by Toyota: they were NOT new. I dealt with the "old" Toyota of Gfld. since 1973, with no problems, ever. Now -- I will NEVER go there for service again. A VERY DISREPUTABLE business.
WOMEN BEWARE: LEMONS and CROOKS
WOMEN BEWARE: LEMONS and CROOKS- I bought for my Mom a 1998 RAV4 with 77K miles. Then 6 months later, less than 1K miles, the belts squelled. The shop "adjusted" the belts for $75/hr and the car was cleared of all possible problems as per their statement. When she drov...e away the car did not have proper power steering. Immediately after, the next possible check up they said it will cost $770.00 for a power steering assembly. THIS IS ALOT MORE THAN A COINCIDENCE!!!!
