Trace Inc

I simply wanted to know how I go about getting an application for Trace, I have worked there before and have never incountered any form of problems. My performance wasnot the best and I was released. Seems to me if you have all these people saying the same thing about you Melanie, maybe you need to step back and take an inventory of yourself and your actions, what is your motive? Do you care about the people that work for you that make your money and pay for the nic...e things that you have? Do you really care about this company or is it really about the all mighty dollar? Hopefully you can figure this out and things will get better, its pretty bad and sad for that matter that people can come to this sight and read these things about you and the company, dont you think? i am shocked at how melanie, diane and michelle get away with firing people just for personal reasons. we have a union but they somehow still find ways to get away with murder. this place is a joke. i hope to find a new job soon cause i cant take much more of this.

I've worked for Trace for almost 3 years and I'm not afraid to say how much I 've appricieted the job , how much my life has improved , and I'm not afraid to mention my full name. For a poor uneducated and untrained girl who came from waiting tables and making mim. wag...e , you can't beat the pay . If I have to put up with a tuff boss and a little hard work to do it I will . You people who are all crying like little school kids complaining about a mean teacher , must not need a job desperatley enough , to keep ther're mouth shut and work had . God forbid a person have to do what the're told and work alittle . Yeah I've been in trouble and have had disagreements with Melanie but I can say I handled my self like an adult , no voices were raised , I was listened to and then Id return to work. I worked for Trace INC, on Tinker AFB, For approx 3 weeks, i really did like the job and was told i was improving. just was not good enough. I worked with Michelle and Diana and they were very nice and respectful, even though it did not work out i would not hesitate t...o encourage anyone else to try and get a job there. Michelle was very nice but she did have to let me go. The pay is good the job is not that hard, they are very particular on how things should be done. I did not have much interaction with Melanie other when i wwas first hired. I think Diana and Michelle are two great ladies and i really got to meet some wonderful folks who were stocking during my short time there. for those of you who wrote a bad review, you have no one else to blame but yourselves if you were unhappy or got let go from the job. maybe the company is not the most employee friendly but the managers michelle and diana and the folks on the night shift stocking were all great.
