Tri-County Chevrolet

We bought a 2005 Chevy Equinox from Gary Phillips at Tri-County Chevrolet of Royston, The salesman told us that he would fix everything wrong with the car within the 30 days. He also told us that he would fill the car with gas. When the salesman was confronted with thes...e statements he denied the fact that he ever said anything. The rotors were bad on the car and the wheels needed to be balanced. I believe that he should have fixed the car becuase we didnt have the car but 20 days, Gary did put gas in the car but then asked us if we wanted him to suck it out. Our salesmans name was Kerri Sutton. I also checked with some other local dealerships on their used car policy and they told me if we had bought the car from them they would have fixed these things. My advice to you, 1- Never trust a salesman at Tri- County 2- check other dealerships, I promise you they will give you a better deal.
