We had six to fit in tuxedos. Four of us are rather large in size and were concerned that we wouldn't be able to get the right fit for the tux. When we entered the door, we were greeted by owner Gwenn Costner and her assistant Becky Clevenger. Both ladies were very ni...ce and Gwenn reassured us that they would be able to fit us, and began doing so right away. They spent a great deal of time running back and forth with different sizes of pants, shirts, etc. I felt bad that we were taking up so much of their time, however they both reassured us that it didn't matter how long it took, they were going to get perfect fits on the tuxes. And they did just that. Gwenn hemmed pants right there to insure the length was correct. Once they realized that we had driven all the way from Knoxville, Gwenn told us to take our tuxes with us even though the wedding was over a week away so that we wouldn't have to make an extra trip. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Above great service!!!
Unbelievably Rude
The woman in charge, Gwen Costner, is rude. I have been to this store many times and have gotten bad attitude from her before so I know the she wasn't having an off day.When we were asked what event we were buying a dress for we told her we had nothing in mind that we w...ere just looking. This didn't please Gwen. As my friends and I looked at dresses we were making jokes and cutting up, Gwen didn't like this either. She came up to us and asked us what was so funny, I replied that we laugh a lot we were are together, she condescendingly told us to keep enjoying ourselves. We realized we were not wanted there but my friend had found a dress she liked. She asked Gwen if the dress was suitable for a military ball, Gwen then asked if my friend is she had been taught about respect in the military. She said yes and Gwen told her she should have more respect for other people's things. I'm not sure what we did to make Gwen feel disrespected, but I do know I will not be going back there.
Rude and Unorganized!
They measured my son on Saturday for tux pants. They told me to come back on Monday for pick up. They lost them on Monday (I overheard I was not the only one). Then the older dark headed lady told me it was not the end of the world. Sent me home with 2 pair of pants... for my son to try on because he was working. I called them back and told them one was too tight and one was good but too long. She said, Can't you just measure your son... crazy me, I thought that was what I was paying them to do on my first trip there. Anyways, I'm getting ready to make my third trip there on his night off for him to be measured. My fear is that they will lose the pants again. The lady in charge is RUDE! A teenager showed up at 6:30 pm. to get his tux and she told him it was too late to be measured even though they don't close until 7 p.m. I will go to Jefferson City next year or ANYWHERE ELSE!

My son was a groomsman in a wedding, we went to fit him for a tux and the woman that helped us (If you call it help) was so rude. She acted like she didn't want me to get tux at all. She tried to fit my son with a tux tooooooo big. My son wears a large and the vest was 2XL. Bad experience over all. Would I use them again. NO!
