About TRUdesigns, Inc.
TRUdesigns is an incorporated business located in Lewes, Delaware that specializes in custom residential design. By using computer aided software, I am able to provide working drawings for bidding and construction purposes. I am not an architect, but a residential bui...lding designer. In most instances, county and local codes do not require an architect's nor an engineer's stamp. However, when situations arise that require a stamp or a calculation of load bearing materials, I work with engineer's and architects who can advise and provide the necessary tools. By allowing me to concentrate on the design and development of the plans after this advice, I feel that the client saves precious resources. Contact me to start with the design of your new project.
