I called Union Exterminating because several of my freinds and neighbors have used them. They came highly recommended. I'm sure you can't please everyone but we were very pleased. We had some ants in our kitchen. They came out and treated for the ants. They said ants so...metimes require two treats and sure enough they needed to come back. We called and they came back with no fuss. The second time took care of the ants. Just to let you know, NO this is not a prank. I stand behind my word 200%. Your product and service was everything I said and I meant what I said. I know what the pest control agent told me when he came to my apartment. I'm sorry that your crew doesn't do a thorough enough job. Maybe some more training would help.
