Need a New Manager
I was in there store not too long ago, and was treated horribly by their manager. I grabbed her business card on my way out with her name so I could post this review. Her name is Ashley Arnold. She is THE WORST store manager I have ever seen. Not only was she poor in cu...stomer service but she is rude and has a bad attitude. She is the only one I have any complaints about. The rest of the staff seem to have it together and were quite polite! I recommend any of their staff to help except Ashley. I don't know how she got the position she is in and I'm not sure how long she has been a manager, but she obviously needs more training. I think the authority has gotten to her head and she needs to be brought a couple of notches down off her high horse.
