Vernon Veterinary Hospital

Was treated very unprofessional and rudely. Saving money is definitely not worth the headache of dealing with such disrespectful and uneducated group of people. "You get what you pay for" should be their greeting and slogan. Thanks, but I'll never be taking my dog to you, nor should anyone who cares about their animals.

I have been going to Vernon Vet Hospital for 5 years now...first for my cats, then my dog. I've always received friendly, helpful service from the front desk, and gentle, knowledgable care from the vets and techs. My dog Stitch recently had cruciate surgery, and then s...oon tore his good knee while recovering...the office and I planned for surgery on the opposite leg when the first one healed enough. When I brought him back for the 2nd surgery, they called me 1/2 hour later and told me he had healed up so well, and lost so much weight, that the surgery wasnt neccessary!!! i picked up my dog with no charge!!! I never would have believed there was a possibility of that!!! The honesty and integrity it took for Dr. Ramieri to make that decision doesnt exist enough in any occupation!!!! I thank him, and the whole office for always giving my Stitch the BEST CARE!!! I moved down to Bergen county but I'll still drive north for their excellent care!!! Read More
