Whenever I need my hair done, cut and highlighted. I go to Tori at Visions by Rachel. The place is so welcoming and she always does a perfect job. I have never heard any complaints about Visions. It is a great place to get your hair done and you can even have a manicure, pedicure or waxing done if you want!!!!
