Horrible Place! RUN AWAY! DONT LIVE THERE!!!!
Let me tell you about this company. I lived in one of their apartments for 3 YEARS. The final year I was there my apartment flooded 2 times. I lost alot of stuff. To add insult to injury these guys attempted to say I made their carpet "dirty" from their pipes burst...ing. long story short they actually had the gall to try and charge me $400 because their own pipes bursted and even have sent that to a collection when I refused to pay. I have been so annoyed by what they did, I think now is the time to just repeat my story forever, in hopes people think twice about them. There are alot of nice places to rent in Raleigh but this isnt one of them. I urge you to look around alittle more.
