I've been taking my Acura's to West Fork since about 2003, ten years, and Joe and the mechanics are always super clear about what needs to be done and very fair in pricing. Definitely echo the others here

My father initially went to West Fork Service because he received several quotes to replace his driver's side power window motor (all in the range of $300). Owner Joe told my father, "First of all, if I need to replace it, it will only be $150." So my dad handed him the... keys. When he picked it up a few days later, Joe said, "I just got in there and tinkered with it and got it working again. No charge." My father and I have gone to West Fork Service exclusively ever since. Joe and his crew will take care of you every time. 100% fairness. 100% honesty. 100% value. If you don't need to spend money on it, they won't recommend it. If you do, they'll explain why.
