Whitby's TV Sales & Service

I have a 65" Panasonic PLasma TV that I had purchased just over one year ago and I was sent by Panasonic to Whitby TV and they helped me to get my Plasma TV repairs covered by warranty. They contacted Panasonic on my behalf and pleaded my case and Panasonic agreed to r...epair it under warranty.I was prepared to pay several hundred dollars for the repair and I was estatic when they told me they had got the warranty extended and there would be no charge. The girls in the office were so nice and the 2 techs who came to my home were very professional and went to great pains to protect my TV. I have read one bad review that was posted a while back and I completely disagree and go as far to say that I highly recommend these people. They are a family owned and operated business and I am glad I was referred to them by Panasonic. I had a wonderful experience with them and will use them in the future as I trust them. The TV is mounted over my fireplace and they removed it and reinstalled it and cleaned it too. The repair was completeld within 48 hrs. Thanks Whitby TV. Chong Tyn Read More
