Place To Go For Windows and Doors
First place I went to that I did not feel like I was going to be taken advantage of! Sick of high pressure sales, Jeff was honest and knowledgeable about the products. Not only did he spend the time to make sure we understood our options, he helped us to make an educat...ed decision. He took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted. The windows and doors came in exactly when promised. We received phone calls from their shipping department as well as the drivers before the delivery came!
Best Prices, Service
Can't say enough about these guys! Jeff was the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with. The pricing was better that any other dealer and Jeff worked with us to find ways to fit into our budget. The windows and doors arrived as promised and we were kept i...nformed of the order status as well following up with us to make sure we were happy. We needed help with one of the doors we got and Jeff made sure their service department came out to fix it for us right away at no cost! (Turned out it just needed a slight adjustment). It's nice to find a company that does it all right!
Great Service, Ideas, Suggestions
I was working on a renovation project for my home. Despite driving my salesperson crazy with changes and options, Alan worked with me to come up with some great ideas and suggestions for me. Nice to have a salesman work with you for a change and not try and "sell" you someting you dont want or need!. Best prices, great follow up and good information.
