Look, I'm not an employee or an ex-employee - just an ex-customer. The selection is fine, but the woman who (I guess) "manages" the place may be the most reprehensible human I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Foul-mouthed, ill-tempered, loud and rude, she has no business interacting with the public. I wouldn't buy dollar bills from her for 50 cents apiece.

I can't believe that this woman is actually still an employee. 0 tact. 0 class. 0 people skills. I swear she has a mouth and an attitude normally reserved for maximum security prison yards. A true waste of human skin. She must owe them millions in lost revenue. They say... the good died young but a$$holes live forever. I once lived right around the corner from this place and went there frequently. The man who owns the place, Wizard, is an AWESOME guy. Super friendly and very engaging. He'll sit and talk with you all night long. Most of the staff is also pretty pleasant, H O W E V ...E R, there is one lady there who has to be the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. And that is an understatement. It really sucks too, because she had caused countless people to storm out without buying anything, and they usually never return. I can't stress enough how big of a ***** she is. She has never smiled, never nice, and doesn't really seem to care if you shop there or not. If I had one wish in this world, I'd skip asking for money or anything; I would just fire her. Honestly, she is truely a world class *****. And the other big problem is the prices of their smoking "accesories". WAY over priced. If it cost $50 normally, they charge $80. It's really quite absurd. Read More

Never in my life have I been in a public place where merchandise is sold and heard such horrific things come from the mouth of an employee! Upon walking in the door, no eye contact or greeting. I had to place myself directly in front of the monstrously rude woman behind... the counter, only to have her nod toward my direction with a "what do you want." After selecting my purchase quickly, she continued to busy herself with "work" she was already doing behind the counter. Out of nowhere, she began an earsplitting rant of the worst profanities to a fellow employee. I stood there in shock as she cussed the man out directly in front of me behind the counter only long enough to decide this terrible establishment WAS NOT GOING TO HAVE MY BUSINESS. She never even looked up at me as I proclaimed they had lost my business forever and walked out the door, the awful woman still loudly cussing in a room with three other customers. Horrible customer service. Over Priced merchandise. Rude staff and even ruder management. Avoid this store. Sold me defective water pipe and refused to even give store credit. Huge waste of time and money dealing with these people. Take your business somewhere else. But do watch the movie it's named after. It's a classic.
