Ghetto at an uptown price
A few years ago, this apartment "community" WAS a community with friendly people and quiet, pretty wooded surroundings. Since then, there have been several changes in local office managers. The place used to be run by Emperian Management - they currently are run by Elo...n Management. The current manager is an air-head who will let any riff-raff in as long as they have money to rent. During the few years we lived there, they have had a meth lab, several drug dealers, prostitutes, etc. The thuggy residents there drive through the parking lot as though it was an Indy 500 track
