Check your order before you leave

Been going there for 2 years getting the same things, white chocolate raspberry or blueberry scones. Yesterday they gave me cranberry. One bite and into the dust bin. Went back today to replace them and because I didn't bring the part eaten ones back they did not want to replace them. Finally they agreed to replace 1. For $1.99 they lost a loyal customer.

balsam bagels are the best!!!

I have lived in Rochester for 14 years and Balsam Bagels make the very best bagel in town! The people are very friendly. There are lots of yummy baked goods too! The place is spotlessly clean and brightly lit. You won't be disappointed!

Great bagels for your work lunch or lazy weekend morning

I agree - best bagels I've ever had. They have dozens of cream cheese flavors for your bagel, as well as delicious soups, sandwiches, salads, and even baked goods. And Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters coffee! Even a breakfast sandwich! I thought it was strange that such a seemingly low-key place was so good, until I found out the owners were the original owners of Malek's Bakery.
