I requested a quote from their website but what I didn't know was that my information would be blasted out to a bunch of moving companies. I appreciate a few quotes but I've been BOMBARDED with like 20 calls a day for the past 10 days now. I called to ask for my informa...tion to be removed and first of all they claimed that they have nothing on file for me (even though I have their confirmation email) but they also said that there is nothing they can do. The rep said (and I quote) "I don't know what to tell you man.. just block their numbers". Not only is that an unprofessional way of dealing with customers but they should implement something that sends a message to all those vendors asking for them to stop calling (just like how they were able to send my info to them originally). I WANTED A FEW QUOTES.. I DIDN'T ASK TO GET SPAMMED!!!
Thank You Budget Van Lines
The salesman I spoke to was very professional. The movers that were hired were efficient and on time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Moving with Budget Van Lines was a great experience
The sales rep I spoke to was very personable as we went through my inventory. He ended up giving me a great quote for my move compared to the other companies I called. I was pleased when the movers told me that the weight estimate was right on point. They were also very careful in loading my things and did it fairly quickly.
Easy Move!
I used Budget Van Lines to set up a move for my parents. Everything went smoothly once the movers arrived. The representatives I spoke to were all very kind and helpful in giving me details on when the items would be delivered to my parents new house. Thank you for making this move really easy! My parents are very happy now in their new place.
Wonderful Move
My experience with Budget Van Lines has been a pleasure. The sales rep I spoke to was patient, helpful and so kind getting my inventory and binding estimate correct and detailed. I knew I was in good hands and I was right. The movers were in and out in a couple of hours with no damages when they delivered. Really wonderful company.
Good experience
I called Budget Van Lines because I thought I would get a better price than the ones I was getting from my local moving companies. I was right, they gave me a really great quote when we went over my move date and inventory. i didn't know which moving company I was going... to get, but they assured me that everything would go smooth. The movers did come on time and delivered a few days after they said they would, but all my stuff is now with me without any major damages. Don't want to have to move again, but if I do, I will call them again because of their rates!
