Outstanding Customer Service
As a testimonial to your online kitchen store, I'd like to congratulate you on being the best value for the money…You also really worked hard to make the purchase possible and I consider your customer service outstanding. So the story goes of course we were on a tight... schedule for a client (she was having a 4th of July party to welcome home her son-in-law from Iraq) and Sameer from the kitchen store made her wish come true. We ordered a sun grill, outdoor cabinets, outdoor sink and stainless refrigerator all at the 11th hour and Sameer made sure we got it all on time. His efforts included daily emails and calls to the vendor to get it on time, as we all know the lead time to get materials is 10 days and we ordered our items last Wednesday (July 22nd) and got them all on the 30th and the 1st! Bravo to you guys for making it happen. I hope your online store appreciates his diligence and hard works because, we at Steadfast Home and Garden can never say enough, thank you!

Island Escape hot tub was fantastic
Hello,
Our customers have loved your Island Escape hot tubs. It was a blessing to find a good deal at a very good price for us. Our budget was tight and you worked with us well.

Super Hot Spa Theatre System
I recently got my new TV spa from these guys and I'm totally impressed. The picture is clear and the system is easy to use.. I also was surprised at how quickly the hot tub actually arrived at my door. They said 8-11 weeks, but it arrived in under 2 months. My only gr...ipe is that the chemical kit arrived a week after the spa and I think it should have arrived either before or at the same time. Otherwise I'm a happy with the hot tub and recommend it to anyone in the spa market.
