Reasons not to use this dry cleaning: My husband works in finance, we have taken his shirts to this dry cleaners and have given them several chances to redeem themselves. ( shame on us) they have ruined several shirts, with no regrets or apologies. They are not friendly and they do lousy work. unless you just want to go out and buy all new shirts on your dime. I would not bother with this dry cleaners

not responsible
I also took in a shirt without a tear and got it back with a tear in it. When I informed them about it-they said it had not be done at the cleaner. But my husband knows the last time he wore it, it did not have a tear which was a golf shirt right under where the buttons are. So it was right in front where he would not have missed seeing it. They would not take responsibilty for this damage they caused. I asked them to fix it- thinking they would take care of it, but they then charged me $5.00 for the alteration. So they lost a good customer who was in there every week for $5.00.

I received a phone call from the cleaners telling me that the blanket I turned in to be cleaned was ripped and they wouldn't be able to clean it without fixing it. I thought this to be odd because I think if it were ripped I would have noticed feathers all over my house. When I did get the blanket back it was totally faded and had holes everywhere. The hole that they fixed was over a foot long. It looked like the blanket had years of abuse. Finally they admitted that it had gone though the cleaned machine and that is where the tears came from. The situation would have been a lot better for me if they had told me this upfront instead of lead me to believe that I had turned it in with a tear. They took care of the situation and they are giving me a refund for the cleaning and also for the repair. Which is what I asked for. So in that way they have been fair. I'm just worried that their machines aren't working properly.
