Dismal service
Failure to provide any assistance what-so-ever in testing or repair of an Apple MacBook Air computer that was under an Apple Care Warranty which included service and Hardware until 2015. Received a 4 week run around from the CC Plaza store. . Finally was able to contact Customer Relations at Apple Inc who had the computer repaired within 48 hrs.
Apple is Amazing!
Apple is leading humanity into an optimistic future.\t\n\t\nSeriously. This company represents the best of humanity. Their design is so advanced that it inspires almost everyone.\t\n\t\nThe same can be said for their retail business model. Have you ever noticed that ...their stores are not ABOUT making sales? They don't EVER push you to buy anything. They NEVER hang 30% OFF!!! signs in their windows. They simply welcome you in and do anything in their power to help you with whatever it is you might think you need.
